Replacement and Return Policy Our commitment is to provide the highest levels of service, in order to satisfy our customers. 1- In case of any manufacturing defect or damage in the product: Customers of Beshteh Al-Asala have the right to replace / return the product that contains a manufacturing defect or damage without shipping fees, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, with the purchase invoice, within 3 days from the date of receipt. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after receiving the product and verifying that it meets the conditions: - Refund the product value via bank transfer, which takes 3 working days. - Replace the damaged product with a new product of the same value. Second, if the customer wishes to replace / return the product without any manufacturing defect: Customers of "Beshteh Al-Asala" have the right to replace / return the product provided that the product is packaged, unopened, and in its original condition, with the purchase invoice, within 3 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer bears the shipping/delivery and return costs. Thirdly: If the customer's invoice includes free shipping, and they want to return some or all products, the customer bears the cost of the free delivery in addition to the return value. Fourth: If the order is specially prepared (custom tailoring or bakery), it cannot be replaced or returned. Sixth: If the Beshteh is requested without the name option or the bakery, it cannot be added later under any circumstances. Eighth: If the customer wishes to change the color or size of the Beshteh after the name has been attached or baked, an additional fee of 100 riyals will be charged. Ninth: If the order is shipped and the customer does not receive it for any reason from the carrier and it is returned to the store, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
